well... two ways... there's the polygonal lasso tool... u'll just have to click more often to get a smoother line... then there's the pen tool which uses beziers, which are archor points with two more points on it to control the curve... i'm bad at explaining, better to actually try it... hell if i have time i'll try and make a smooth version
